The Simple Management Interface allows you to access all functions of your Inbox Sentry account, including:
- View domain-level statistical graphs
- Add/remove filtered mailboxes
- Add/remove domain aliases
- Configure real destination mail server
- Access end user mailbox-level interfaces

The End User Interface allows individual mailbox users to access the following functions:
- View mailbox-level statistical graphs
- Adjust spam filtering sensitivity
- Whitelist or blacklist email addresses
- View, delete, or deliver blocked messages

Spam filtering blocks inbound messages which are detected as spam, and places them in a quarantine.
Individual mailbox users may log into their Inbox Sentry control panel (End User Interface), and view/delete/deliver any messages which have been placed in the quarantine.
Messages that are flagged as spam are saved for up to 7 days, and visible within your Inbox Sentry control panel. After a message has been saved for 7 days, it will be permanently deleted.
