Refundable
GeoTrust will replace, revoke, and refund certificates that have been issued within seven (7) days of the certificate issue date as long as they are for the same domain name. If you need a new certificate after seven days, you will be responsible for purchasing a new certificate. Refund requests will be handled through GeoTrust support. Scenario 1: You are issued a certificate for the following host name: store.domain.com. You have technical difficulties and your certificate is lost, your request is made within 7 days of issue. Outcome: Your certificate is replaced free of charge. Scenario 2: Outcome: Your certificate is replaced free of charge, the host name will be changed as long as the domain name doesn’t change. Scenario 3: Outcome: GeoTrust will revoke the cert, and this will result in a full refund to you. Scenario 4: Outcome: No replacement or refunds/revocations will be issued.
